History

Monolite Racing was founded by Rudi in 2004; it's not easy to create a competitive and winning team in racing, with plenty of long-running teams, but passion and competition drove Rudi to set-up a very solid team.

After being a pilot himself in th 90s, Rudi worked with important teams, living in country like Portugal, Spain and England, mastering the secrets of racing cars. He took part in Formula ADAC BMW, Formula Renault 1.6-2000, Renault CLIO 3000 v 6, CLIO 2000 RS Cup and finally European Formula 3. The team he worked with won the European Formula 3 in 2003, thanks to an excellent work by team and pilots.

Passion, sacrifice and hard work to keep running: these are the qualities adopted by Rudi.
